Spring energized seal
PTFE materials contain excellent characteristics in resistance against friction, coldness/ heat and acid/ base, hence they are often used as oil seals, spring energized seals, washers, back-up rings, piston ring, helix lip seals and wear-resistant sheets, as well as extensively applied in air hydraulic machines, automotive, bicycles and mechanical shaft seals. BSP also adds various additives such as glass fiber, carbon, copper, MoS2, and graphite into the PTFE raw materials for making various washers that meet the requirements. At BSP, we also manufacture washers of various cut-off patterns such as slant-cut, straight-cut, and special-cut.

Consumables for semiconductor manufacturing
With excellent characteristics of high heat tolerance, electrical resistance, non-flammability, and corrosion resistance, PTFE materials are extensively used on electronic products. PEEK, POM, UPE, PI, PVC or TFM are often used together with stainless steel as consumables for semiconductor manufacturing.

Photo-electronic manufacturing parts
With characteristics of softness, friction resistance, and corrosion resistance, PTFE materials are optimal for consumables such as guide wheels and rollers that move panels or wafers. To address the cost consideration, partial guide wheel materials have changed to UPE. At BSP, we provide UPE of three properties, namely general, electro-static resistant, and electro-conductive UPE to clients for application in different environments.

Ball valve seat
With processing machinery and technology of high performance, BSP produces various ball valve seats, PTFE cavity filled seats, and accessories used in stainless steel valves, copper valves and PVC valves, which are extensively applied among pipelines in chemical and food factories. The use of PTFE materials allows the achievement of excellent FDA level, corrosion resistance, and sealing. Furthermore, BSP is capable of assisting in the design and improvement of seal leakage according to the client’s needs.

Back-up ring, piston seal, rod seal, wiper seal
BSP manufactures back-up rings and piston rings for bicycles and piston seal, rod seal, wiper seal for Hydraulic cylinder with precision processing machinery. The inspection is conducted with an optical measuring instrument to meet the client’s requirement of precision tolerance accurately, which results in excellent buffering performance in the shock absorber or base pipe. Electric heating washer
PTFE materials can withstand a wide range of high/low-temperature tolerance. The impact to PTFE between -190℃~260℃ is not distinctive, thus it is often applied as washers for electric-heating tubes at high temperature; the extensive extension of useful life has resolved the issue of poor performance with ceramic materials.

O-ring
With the characteristics of corrosion and chemical resistance in PTFE materials, O-rings made from them can be applied in a harsh medium for sealing effect and durability non-comparable to other materials. Through strict quality control in BSP, we guarantee that our O-rings meet the standard tolerance requested by clients.

Baked-coating parts
the excellent characteristics in resistance against coldness/ heat and corrosion, the PTFE nozzles and parts used inside spray paint gun allow better sealing performance and durability comparing with other materials, which extensively improve the quality of powder paint and coating. BSP ensures optimal state of combination from parts and shaft through precision processing control.

Medical practice parts
PTFE materials contain excellent temperature tolerance and corrosion resistance, hence they are often utilized in medical practice parts. BSP produces medical practice parts with precision processing machinery. The inspection is conducted with an optical measuring instrument to meet the client’s requirement of precision tolerance accurately.

PTFE etching
Existing solid materials known nowadays cannot bond onto the PTFE surface. Through professional PTFE etching technology from BSP, we can realize the client’s demands on bonding.

Customized processing for engineering plastic parts
Along with the increasing use of engineering plastics extensively, more and more industries utilize versatile engineering plastics in various aspects. In addition to act as a professional manufacturer of PTFE materials, BSP can also produce engineering plastic parts such as PEEK, PI, PBI, PAI, UPE, POM, PP, PE, and PVC in multiple types of shapes and sizes based on dimensions and specifications provided by clients.
